Jodie McGrath our founder and Managing Director, identified a need for change within the recruitment industry, which resulted in EMPLOY's inception.

Jodie's background prior to opening the business was in Financial Services as a qualified Human Resources professional. During this time Jodie was exposed to recruitment within banking, finance, insurance, professional services and the financial sector as a whole. It was during this time that led her to believe that a service gap existed and that she could provide a service with a difference - an agency that could offer an inside, "hands on" knowledge in delivering professional human resources recruitment solutions to clients.

 

Jodie's previous involvement as the Vice President of the RSCA in NSW has seen her take an active involvement in determining best practises and conduct within the recruitment industry.

In October 2004 Glen McGrath joined the team as Director to bolster EMPLOY's industry specialisation credentials. Glen has over 20 years experience in the banking, finance & mortgage industries including; 14 years with ANZ Banking Group and 2 years with PMI Mortgage Insurance.

He has an excellent understanding of the mortgage industry and is able to utilise this knowledge to provide unique recruitment services. He also has 5 years experience as a Director of a publicly listed company.

Glen is currently steering EMPLOY's emerging business strategy which includes a range of operational change management techniques and consulting services.
